How can I pay?
-You can through BPI bank transfer.
-For Money Transfer, we accept payments from ML Kwarta Padala, Cebuana, Western Union, LBC, and Palawan.
-For online payment, we accept PAYPAL
Do you accept Credit Cards?
-Yes, you can pay using credit card but through PAYPAL. You may want to register an account with PAYPAL in the future. Note, PAYPAL has their own Terms & Conditions, pls. read it. See photo below:
How can I guarantee my order is successful?
-You will receive an email to confirm a successful transaction.
What will happen if you can’t find the recipient’s address?
-We will try our best to locate it but if anything fails, we will get back to you via email or call you thru phone for you to provide further specific details like landmarks, color of the house, color of the gate, and recipient’s mobile no. Else, the item/s will be for pick up from our shop. We also charge a surcharge of Php 300 for a redelivery request should the complete address has been known after we communicate with you. To avoid such situations, pls. provide complete address and other details.
How do I get a REFUND?
-Pls. refer to our Refund policy, here.
If the item is not available, will I know?
-Yes! We will indicate it on our website if the item is already SOLD OUT. In the event, that the website is not updated and the item is not available, we will communicate with you asap to inform you of the unavailability of the item.
Do you deliver anywhere in the Philippines?
-Yes, for as long as it’s under LBC’s coverage. Only selected products can be shipped via LBC. Pls. refer here.
